Alicia’s We Are Here Movement and HUMAN released a behind-the-scenes video for “Let Me In,” a short film that reimagines the refugee crisis as if it were happening in America. The film was released on June 20 in conjunction with World Refugee Day.
In the behind-the-scenes video, Alicia and her “Let Me In” co-stars discuss the meaning of the project and refugees from Syrian, Iraq and Sudan share their reactions to the film.
